Hi, I’m Radar, a five-year-old Chihuahua mix with a big heart, a little body, and a name that fits me perfectly. I’m about ten pounds of curiosity, cuddles, and a touch of drama.

Before I landed here, I lived in a house where the people loved dogs so much there were more than twenty of us. That’s a lot of tails to wag, but not always enough attention to go around. Now I’m learning what it feels like to be someone’s whole world, and I really like it.When we first meet, I might be shy. I could wiggle, shake, or squeak a little (maybe even pee a little ), and if you pick me up too fast, I might act like you broke me (you didn’t). I just need patience and a gentle hand. I’m crate-trained, housebroken, and very food motivated, so snacks are the key to my heart.I like other dogs, especially the small, spunky ones who play nicely. What I want most is a person who doesn’t rush me. Someone who’ll let me nap on their lap at brunch, maybe peek out from a cozy carry bag, and explore the great outdoors one pawstep at a time.Once I feel safe, I’ll give you sweet snuggles, quiet loyalty, and little Chewbacca grunts when I’m happy. I don’t need much, just time, kindness, and someone who sees the good boy under the nerves.
