Two years old, 17 pounds, and absolutely bursting with personality. Barley is the kind of dog who loves hard and lives fast, a scruffy little terrier who’s always in motion (and usually smiling while he’s at it). He’s house trained, affectionate, and will happily fling himself into your arms for attention. Staying still just isn’t his thing, but snuggling, playing, and charming everyone he meets definitely are.
