MEET WINKY!

Winky is a 3-4 month old kelpie mix. (Our best guess!)

He’s a spunky little puppy that loves to play and enjoy his toys. He greets people with full body wiggles. He’s missing an eye but it does not deter his puppy spirit one bit!

Winky is about 15 pounds and we do not expect him to be a small-medium sized dog once fully grown. He’s currently fostered with other dogs he enjoys playing with and is working on his potty training.
