Meet Tito! The cutest little 6 pound chihuahua who came to us from an overcrowded shelter. This little fella was sad and grumpy while there and found himself in danger. Thankfully, once he got out of the shelter, hes been a very confident, spunky and friendly fella! Hes fearless and is fostered with big dogs who don't even phase him. He is 7 years young!
