Meet Sesami!

Sesami is a one-year-old Golden Retriever who came to Beyond Rescue after being surrendered to a local shelter. He's now thriving in foster care and showing everyone what a sweet, social boy he is.

At 90 pounds, Sesami is a big guy! He could stand to lose a few pounds through regular exercise and a healthy diet, but he's ready to be your walking buddy while he works toward his fitness goals.

Sesami previously lived in a home with children and seniors and has done well with other dogs. He's playful, friendly, and enjoys being around people. His former family reported that he was comfortable around visitors and relaxed when people were near his food.

Like many young dogs, Sesami is still working on his manners. We think he would benefit from some basic training and consistency from his adopter, especially given his size. The good news is that he's an affectionate, eager-to-please dog with a wonderful temperament.
