Sebastian is a 17-pound Lhasa Apso mix with a calm, easygoing nature and a soft spot for humans. At around 2 years old, he’s past the puppy chaos and settling nicely into being a wonderful companion dog.

Sebastian came to us from a local shelter and has adjusted beautifully in foster care. He does well around other dogs and peacefully coexists with them, but he’s not particularly interested in playing. He’ll happily walk alongside another dog, lay nearby, and share space comfortably — he just prefers companionship over wrestling matches or rowdy play sessions.

What Sebastian really loves is people. He forms strong bonds with his humans and enjoys simply being close by, soaking up affection and companionship throughout the day.

He would likely do well in a home with another calm, respectful dog, but he would also be perfectly happy as someone’s one-and-only little sidekick.
