Meet Phineas!
This 1-year-old, 10–12 pound scruffy terrier mix is a sweet, outgoing little ball of fun! Phineas is playful, curious, and always up for a good time—whether it’s exploring the yard or chasing after toys.

Originally rescued from the rural Central Valley, he’s still getting used to the sights and sounds of the big city. He’s learning to walk on leash and doing great, though loud noises can still startle him. He’s also quick to roll over for belly rubs and soak up all the cuddles.

Phineas is ready for a home that will support his playful spirit while helping him build confidence in his new surroundings. With love and patience, this scruffy sweetheart will thrive.
