Oreo is a one-year old chihuahua-terrier mix, around 15 pounds. He has been recovering from an embedded collar injury, and now he's healed up and ready to find his forever home.  As he has healed, his spunky, fiery personality has emerged! He is a high-energy boy who loves to wrestle and tussle with dogs big and small. He is a super smart boy and very affectionate and loving with people.   He is crate trained but still working on his potty training.
