MILO
MILO
At 3–4 years old, Milo is still figuring out his place in the big wide world. This 16-pound Beagle-Terrier mix is the perfect size for lap time—which happens to be his favorite place to be. He’s shy at first, but once you’re in his circle of trust, he’s a total Velcro pup who wants to be near you every chance he gets.
Milo is still coming out of his shell. He’s learning the ropes of crate life and doing well, but continued routine will be important to help him feel safe and avoid developing separation anxiety. He’s also working on house manners (like marking)—something that will improve with time, and consistency.
With other dogs, Milo is easygoing and shows flashes of playfulness that are sure to blossom as his confidence grows. Right now, he’s a tender little soul craving patience, guidance, and a human or family who’ll let him stick close while he finds his footing.
