When Jeepers arrived at the shelter, he was so severely matted that it was hard to tell what was underneath all that fur. Thanks to an amazing shelter groomer, all that painful matting was carefully shaved away, revealing the beautiful little guy hiding underneath. And those puppy dog eyes? They’re some of the sweetest around.

Since coming into foster care, Jeepers has really blossomed. He is a delightful, happy little guy who loves being around people and is especially wonderful with kids. He loves giving kisses and has absolutely no concept of personal space, happily snuggling right up to his people whenever he gets the chance. He’s even managed to charm his foster family’s older, grumpy dog into playing with him, which is quite an accomplishment!

Jeepers does well in his crate, and although his potty training is still a work in progress he is doing much better after his neuter. He’s looking for a loving home where he can continue to settle in, learn, and enjoy all the wonderful things life has to offer. With his happy spirit, affectionate nature, and those irresistible puppy dog eyes, Jeepers is ready to be someone’s very special little companion.
