Say Hello to Chili (a.k.a Chili Bean)

Chili is the sweetest and cuddliest 7lbs chihuahua who will surely steal your heart. She is young at about 1-2 years old and has been doing wonderfully in foster home, breaking more out of her shell each day. Chili is working on potty training and doing wonderfully with crate training. 

She is ready to meet her forever family!
