“Meet Baby, a sweet and spunky 7-year-old blue nose pitbull with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging. She originally belonged to my late mother-in-law, and after her passing, I took Baby in to keep her from ending up in a shelter. While I’ve grown to love her deeply, I’m now seeking a better-suited forever home where she can truly thrive. Baby is the ultimate people pup — friendly, affectionate, and always ready to greet anyone who crosses her path with a big smile and wagging tail. She’s a happy-go-lucky girl who lives for kisses, belly rubs, and a good game of fetch with her beloved (and indestructible!) tennis ball. Though she gets excited when she sees other dogs, Baby was attacked as a puppy and now reacts defensively when barked at. Her hackles go up and she’ll bark back, so she’s best suited to a home where she can be the only pet. I have four dogs of my own, and unfortunately, that’s just not a safe or stress-free situation for her — or them. Despite her reactive behavior, Baby has so much love to give. She enjoys three walks a day, rolling around in the grass, and even gets the zoomies when she’s feeling playful. On lazy days, she’s a world-class couch potato and would happily curl up beside you for a movie marathon. She doesn't bark at household noises, making her a great fit for busier environments, and she’s learning quickly — she already knows “sit,” can catch treats, and has started "telling" us when she needs to go out by whining, walking to her leash, and sitting by the door. Baby is spayed, microchipped, and fully up to date on her vaccines. She has no dietary restrictions — just a mild flea allergy that needs to be managed with regular flea prevention.
